It was a sunny day, and the Scouts from Troop 700 were out in force aiding and assisting our Lodge brothers replant some of the trees that were destroyed by a recent hurricane. The Worshipful Master provided a Chic-Filet Breakfast, and the scouts enjoyed the delicious biscuits. Mmmmmm. We started at 10:00 am and finished up around 1:30 pm. It was a productive day and the new trees look great. Thanks to Boy Scout Troop 700 for their help, and thanks to Junior Deacon Billy Jerls for the use of his truck and tools. And a special thanks the Worshipful Master’s son for his tree branch collecting and watering efforts.
